I think River, Finn and Caspian are the only obvious/useable boys ones , maybe Leith too? (although that one might only be obvious if you're Scottish).

Yes there are "sea/water" meaning names like Adrian, Dylan, Morgan etc but most people wouldn't immediately think nautical on hearing them if that matters to your friend.

I wonder if you live near me?! I know of a young one ( strong sailing heritage around here!)
