Also luke Rueben, Roman, Rosa and Romy but can't use them.

All Ro names merge a bit for me as Rory, Ronnie, Roman etc are all top 100 and trendy / still rising.
if you're wanting a name with a more unusual feel I'd avoid "Ro" names especially with boys
For a girl though there are maybe some more options like Roxanne/ Roxana that are nice and a bit different @pppoll
