I like it. Be prepared for the nickname Teags.

SilentParrot · 15/05/2023 12:02

You cannot call your child Teagan Keegan.

Pull yourself together!

AndTheSurveySays · 15/05/2023 12:03

Don't be daft.

eatdrinkandbemerry · 15/05/2023 12:03

Like it but do you really want to use a name that rhymes with your surname 🙄

TashieWoo · 15/05/2023 12:04

Personally no, it’s a bit dated and common, along the same lines as Shannon, Logan, Brogan etc.

dwightschrutebeets · 15/05/2023 12:04

Prefer the spelling Tegan. I like it!

Sometherusername · 15/05/2023 12:06

Is the baby taking your surname? If so, definitely not!

Even if she isn't I'm not that keen tbh, it sounds quite dated.

musixa · 15/05/2023 12:06

Sorry, one of the few names I strongly dislike.

SaladRooney · 15/05/2023 12:08

Terrible. And Teagan Keegan sounds like a minor character in Hairy McClary. Probably a Pomeranian.

Hoping that's not sexual?

Shannon is a lovely female Irish name.

If it rhymes with your last name I wouldn't tbh

Sorry, one of the few names I strongly dislike.

I was wondering why? I don't know anyone apart from Aussies that use the name

That's completely different so why did you say rhyme?

sillyonehetpes · 15/05/2023 12:50

@pecantoucan not sure how else to describe it!

TallulahBetty · 15/05/2023 12:51

Do you know what rhyming means?

Also, Teagan is hideous and dated. Sorry.

Morgan? Regan?

Candymay · 15/05/2023 12:55

I need to know this rhyming last name now.

does it rhyme op?

in my own opinion teagan is an awful name. But we are all different. It’s a bit like Dean- dated

TallulahBetty · 15/05/2023 12:56

Teagan Keegan
Teagan Regan
Teagan... Egan?

Coronationstation · 15/05/2023 12:58

e.g. Teagan Bann?
It's an awful name regardless of what it rhymes with and also makes me think of VW SUVs!

Amdone123 · 15/05/2023 12:59

I know twins Teagan and Thalia.
Prefer Thalia.

This spelling is the Welsh word for Toy.

Teagan is probably used in Wales more than England but it's not an Aussie name in origin.
