What are your thoughts on Talitha possibly shortened to Tallie?

Ta-LEE-tha or TAL-i-tha?

I would assume very Christian (probably protestant, maybe Evangelical).

It sounds nice. And it isn't too popular but still clearly established. 👍

On hearing the nickname Tallie I’d think the full name was Talia or Natalia.

I know one. She loves her name and it is never shortened or mistaken for Tabitha. She pronounces is Tal EE tha but sometimes people pronounce it TAL itha. She doesn’t mind.
