Third baby name help

Hi, we currently have Matilda Hazel and Noah Stephen. Due baby number three in July (gender unknown).
This is our current shortlist, which do you think go best with current children. Thank you

Zelda Rose
Violet Eliza

I think I like Zelda and Harris best with the other names. Congratulations!

Olive or violet and Harris

Olive and Hugo are the only ones with a similar feel to your other names.

Zelda is fabulous.

I like Hugo and Leo for your boy choices. They both have the O sound of Noah but they're clearly different.

Rowan has too many vowel sounds in common with Noah.

And Harris doesn't fit with your other names at all.

I agree that Rowan and Noah just sound way too similar or awkward if said together. I also know lots of baby Romans with an M (top 20 name now) so I'd avoid another name so similar.

I’d pick Leo and olive; go well with your others I think!

I love Rowan and Violet 😊

For your boy names I love all of them but Harris. And I think that the remaining 3 all go really well with Matilda and Noah but my favourite would be Rowan. Then for girls names Violet by far, it goes well with your other 2 so nicely as well. I hate the name Olive (I hate the food as well...) and dislike Zelda (which also seems a bit too unique with Matilda and Noah). Violet is lovely though.

Thank you, i totally hadn't notice the similarity with Rowan and Noah. But that'd so true! And Matilda has kind of nicknamed Noah "NoNo" and we'd probably end up with NoNo and RoRo hahaha

For a boy I think Harris John works best
(though I love Rowan but agree with others, it sounds too similar to Noah).

For a girl, if you're not set on the order of names, I actually think Rosalie sounds perfect with your other two, I would use Rosalie Violet.

Correct. There are lots of names that are characters in games/films/books.

It's also the name of a wonderfully talented write r and playwrite.
