Jessica, Grace, Sophia could work... think you need to avoid anything starting with a vowel, or L heavy.

How are you pronouncing Mia and Mila? There's two pronunciations of I in both names, and I think many aren't aware of pronunciation difference

I don't think names ending in vowels work especially well with Mia or Mila but, at the same time, hardly anyone is ever going to say the two names together so I wouldn't let that stop me if I happened to like a name with a vowel ending best.
