Sef would drive me insane as with any name containing TH, would be a no for me.

Hate Seth.
Not keen on Francis but like Frank.
Vincent is favourite. The one I know - late teen -is never called Vinnie.

I think you’ve answered your own question. If you live somewhere where Seth will be Seff and you strongly dislike Vinnie then Francis / Frank it is. Great name.

Not crazy on any of them.. Francis is a bit wet yet I find Frank a bit of a bruiser name so two extremes.

Vincent is awful.

Seth is definitely the nicest

They're all nice, but Francis is my favourite - however, I really don't like Frank ('bit of a bruiser name' as per a PP sums it up for me - don't agree with her assessment of Francis as 'wet', though!), and I think it's a separate name anyway and not a shortening of Francis.

Not mad keen on any of them. But they are by no means awful. Prefer Seth or Francis to Vinnie

Vincent is the best Seth doesn’t have any strong syllables and is very lispy. Not keen.

Frankie for a little boy is cute.

It’s no more of a pronunciation problem than Arthur and there are zillions of those. It’s very underused.

I like Francis too but it’s becoming quite popular

No point in choosing Vincent if you don’t like Vinnie (I don’t either).

Francis is the only one that's not going to rile you but even then he might get Frankie not frank
