Halle or Tessa Wink

Swalewhale · 02/04/2023 13:52

Lyra

Theoldwoman · 02/04/2023 13:54

Tessa

ellenpartridge · 02/04/2023 13:56

Orla by far the nicest

TomatoSandwiches · 02/04/2023 13:56

Tessa or Elva, quite like Lyra but think it's probably more common than the other two.

sleepymama3 · 02/04/2023 14:15

Tessa or Orla

PinkSyCo · 02/04/2023 14:18

Ooh a list of names I actually like! They’re all really nice but Tessa is my favourite.

Tessa or Orla

Same.

MajorCarolDanvers · 02/04/2023 16:03

Tessa is lovely

Not keen on the others

shoopshoopdedoo · 02/04/2023 16:54

I like Tessa and Lyra. Orla is quite nice. Not so fond of the others.

LadyKenya · 02/04/2023 16:55

Orla sounds nice.

Luredbyapomegranate · 02/04/2023 18:07

Tessa - very pretty but has some weight, either as it is or as a nn for Esther or Teresa

I like Lyra, but it blurs with so many similar sounding and similarly popular names - Lena, Lara, Lola, Leila, Luna, Leah, Blabla

Elva - half like it, half makes me think of elves

Orla - getting overused - I think Oona is much nicer

Aylin - never heard of this one - I think Arran nicer

Tara
Astra
Aster
Jocelyn
Ffion
Merryn

SkyeBlue28 · 02/04/2023 21:01

Halle

Sadiegirl87 · 02/04/2023 22:30

Orla is my favourite of your list, classic and pretty, definitely one I had on my list but a friend named her baby Orla so didn't use it. The others feel a bit trendy and spelling seems off so she may have to keep correcting people

WhatFreshHeckle · 02/04/2023 23:09

Tessa - the rest are either too commonly used for me or too similar to commonly used names

user1492757084 · 03/04/2023 04:16

I love, Tess and Tessa.
I like a lot, Halle and Hallie

Other nice names that come to mind, from your list ..
Elfie
Odelle
Helen
Adele
Heloise

Mumofgirls2017 · 03/04/2023 08:37

Lyra

sunshineandmango · 03/04/2023 08:57

I like Aylin and Orla the best from your list

BelleSauvage9 · 03/04/2023 09:19

Aelin was on my list, but had loved Lyra for years and years since reading his dark materials so I have a Lyra 😊

FayCarew · 03/04/2023 10:13

Halle - Wouldn't know how to say it. Hall? Hallay? Hallie?
Tessa - nice, like Tess
Lyra - too many similar names popular like Lila, Lily, Lola etc
Elva - young eel
Orla - meh
Aylin - ailing, failing

I only like Tess

Evelynbrown · 03/04/2023 12:41

I like Elva & Orla

fairycupcakes · 03/04/2023 22:15

Halle!

miniaturepixieonacid · 03/04/2023 23:45

I like all of them except Orla which I only like when said in an Irish accent! So if you're Irish then I like your whole list. 😉

My favourites are Halle and Lyra.

I do also really like Elva but feel it's just that bit more 'out there' than the others and I'm not sure I'd be brave enough.

NBLarsen · 03/04/2023 23:50

Elva! How pretty.
