Your lists have a range of quite different names. I'd narrow it down and think of how it goes with the surname.
OK:
William - safe classic, will be Will or Billy
Samuel - classic, will be Sam
Not sure:
Rex - ok but seems to be getting popular
Dominic - nice but I don't like Dom
Elliot - nice but Elliot, Eliot or Eliott spellings and lots of El- names popular
Blake - ok but a bit nothingy, and Dynasty
Casper - Casper, Kasper or Caspar spellings
No:
Woodrow (Woody) - awful
Jude - don't like it
Dexter - Dex Dexter, Dynasty
Jenson - will be Jens. F1 driver name. Not keen
Quinn - Quim. Just No
Vinnie - Vinnie Jones. Ugh!
OK:
Molly
Gwen - like it, but wouldn't use a longer form. People will assume it is short for something like Gwendoline, and it will get misspelt as Gewn (yes, really)
Not sure:
Penelope - seems very popular in here, will be Penny
Francesca (Frankie) - don't like Frankie much, prefer Fran
Pippa - if short for Philippa
Josie - if short for Josephine
Zara - know quite a few of them so a bit ordinary
Lena - Leena, Lena, Layna pronunciations - too complicated
Don't like:
Mia - 'mere', overused
Maeve - don't like it, too many May, Mae and Mabel
Ada - I know lots of Adrians (Ade/Adey)
Darla - nothingy, Carla's nice though
Darcie - don't like it
Lena - Leena, Lena, Layna pronunciations - too complicated
