Well, yes, but the OP asked which names you'd only met one of, not necessarily rare names.

I've only met one each of Pandora, Edred, Cosima, Ludovic, Meriel, Rudi, Cloudy and Spinoza, but that doesn't make them unique.

(Though two of those are pretty out there.)
