Eleri is common in Wales, and Lloyd isn't unusual. Both are common as middle names.

Girls/women: Strawberry and Orange (sisters), Twinkle (I struggled to keep a straight face when I found out her surname was Shah), Persephone, Rosie-Anna, Ginnifer.

Boys/men: Bingo, Walker, Bong. I heard of a new baby called Kenny-Eric the other day.

I went to school with a Bryher (girl). I've never met another one. She was forever having to spell it.

Yes that's how she said it, exactly.
I've just googled it and it is one of the Scilly Isles apparently.
This was in the 80s before the trend of unique names so all the more unusual at the time when we were all called Sarah, Emma or Louise.

No, that’s a real name although it’s very old-fashioned and very rare these days. It is pronounced ‘sinjun’. See St. John Rivers in Jane Eyre for example.
