Elizabeth can't be first name

Eliza Rose rolls off the tongue a bit better, and Rose is becoming more popular as a first name I've found recently.

In some parts of England, it would be Elizarose, all run together. She'd be the sister of that well known character, Laura Norder.

If op hadn't said Elizabeth can't be the first name, I'd have said Elizabeth Rose sounds best.

Rose Elizabeth is absolutely beautiful imo, would defo be my choice. Eliza Rose is nice too but I just love Rose as a first name and not a middle name and think Rose Elizabeth flows way better than Eliza Rose.
