Elodie, Melody, Annie, Lucy, Maria. I also love Ava but worried about popularity. Do you think of oral when you hear the name Aurelia?

Maria is the nicest on your list. Aurelia can be lovely if said correctly, unfortunately most British people don’t say it with the accent and just butcher it. Elodie is nice but will likely be another Ellie.

Elodie, Melody - not keen on either. Elodie looks nice but is another Ellie name. Melody is nicer but I think Malady

I like Annie, Lucy, Maria and Ava.
Dislike Elodie and Melody.
Really dislike Aurelia! Obviously I’m in the minority with this opinion because it always seems to be very popular on here.

Melody - Really pretty as well but I dislike Mel
Annie - Great name!! Think it's fine as a full name and a short name
Lucy - This is so so lovely too, makes me think of Narnia
Maria - Gorgeous name, very underused these days
Ava - I don't mind it, it's a little plain though
Aurelia - I personally love this name and didn't of oral at all till I got to mumsnet!

We have VERY similar tastes OP, you have good name choice. I think whatever you choose you'll do great as they all seem to be fab names!!

I like Eloise and Maria.
I've recently used Maria in my DD's middle name as it's also my mums middle name .

I like Elodie and Lucy and would suggest Arabella

I like Elodie, it's recognisable but not common, she can use the nickname Ellie for short

Ellie has been so overused.

I love them all except Maria,

One of the other names is my DD2's name so I might be a bit biased towards that one!

I love Ava. I only know of 1. She's 14.

Annie and Lucy are both lovely

Maria - it’s a lovely classic but hardly used

Melody - nice but Mel really isn’t
Annie - bit twee as a full name, prefer Anna but quite popular
Lucy - ok, bit twee
Ava - yep done to death
Aurelia - no not oral, but it’s v frilly and having a moment so will date
