No really, NOT Ruby Jasmine, lovely as it sounds.

I wouldn’t choose a name ending in A before a surname beginning with A. It’s either a bit clunky, or you get an r sound running them together.

We have a Ruby Elizabeth. Please don't go with Rose, I also have a Rose far before the Rose boom and now she hates it. Rose is the new Louise.

Its an unusual name and doesn't work for me with a lot of the traditional names suggested. What about something unisex ish?
