I vote Marnie :)

I really like both! Probably just about prefer Marnie. I would presume Lotta was a nickname for Charlotte or similar (I know MN is very divided on that issue though) - but a very lovely one!

I have a family member called Marnie in her 40s and she detests her name. So I would go with no for that.

My daughter used to have an imaginary friend called Lotta when she was little.
She got it from the character in Charlie & Lola.
