Boy Shortlist, here goes: Kester. Moses. Reuben. Nicholas (Nico)

Help! Thoughts? I do love all these - DH not a big fan of Reuben, but it is one of my favorites.

More suggestions always welcome by the way!

I think Moses out of all of them. Kester just sounds prickly somehow? Nicholas is fine too, nothing wrong with that one. I hate Reuben but that's mostly because I've known two Reuben's and they were both catastrophic arseholes so I'm negatively biased there 😂

But out of the bunch Moses stands out as my favourite.

I love Nico on its own, its a bit unusual without been totally out there, Reuben is also lovely. Kester is awful, really don't like that and instantly made me think of uncle fester lol

I have known a Reuben and my grandsons are Reuben and Albie so love the name.

I don't like Kester at all but like all the others
Reuben is very popular in my area though

I love Moses, there is one in my dds school. It really suits him

I've always been a fan of Nicholas but Nick / Nicky less so. I really like Nico but would worry once at school it would get shortened to Nick instead

Absolutely love Nicholas nickname Nico, it's so beautiful. Reuben is a second. Moses is alright, I don't mind it, just not for me. And Kester is awful, simply awful. But mostly I really love your list!!

I knew a lovely Kester at school so have always liked the name.

Nico on its own is great.

Reuben is by far my favourite.

How about Milo, Josiah or Silas?
