Gentle giant name for a boy?

I recently had a son and we’re struggling to find a name; he’s a gentle giant and super tall so I’d like to find a name that suits a larger baby and is quite soft/ round sounding if that makes sense?

I’m looking for any ideas and also ones that lend themselves to a nickname

So far we’ve thought about Henry and Barney but I’m not sure how I’d shorten Henry - I don’t like Harry or Hal, and Barney just reminds us of the purple dinosaur!

Any ideas?

Gareth means gentle.

You do you ☺️. Maybe OP will find it helpful.

Genuinely, just pick a name you like.

dd1 was a tiny baby - she’s now over 6 feet.

dd2 was a big baby, then a tiny toddler (just didn’t grow very much), and is just about average height now at 16 - probably a little on the small side.

ds was a huge baby, and is a small 10 year old.

you really can’t tell how they’ll turn out!

Walter

I once knew the loveliest ever boy called Walter as a teenager - my
best friend and I adored him and still talk about him 20 years later.

I know a lovely gentle giant called Ben(jamin). It really suits him.

Other than Goliath, there’s not a single name mentioned that would make me envisage a man of a particular stature.
