Like Myles,Ewan and Jacob. Griffin makes ne think of the old dragon logo that was used for a bank,I think it was the previous named Midland bank- now HSBC

KirstenBlest · 14/02/2023 20:25

Don't like at all
Jackson - not keen. Jack is better
Jesse - big Jessie. don't like it
Theodore (teddy) - don't like either of them

OK
Zachary - ok with Zac as the diminutive. Don't like Zach. Too trendy?
Marty - Martin is ok. Marty too retro

Like
Jacob - okGriffin - likeMiles - don't like the Myles spelling but like MilesEwan - like

I like Jesse, know a few boys named Jesse of various ages and never had an issue with big Jessie comments. Also like Jacob and Griffin

i don’t like the others

HuntingoftheSnark · 14/02/2023 20:43

I like Jacob.

Comedycook · 14/02/2023 20:49

Zachary is my favourite by a mile

cravingtoblerone · 14/02/2023 20:58

My favourites are:

Miles (spelt with an i not a y)
Ewan

LulooLemon · 14/02/2023 22:06

Jackson - Michael Jackson, no
Jesse - dictionary definition of jessie is a weak man, so no
Theodore (teddy) - yes, lovely
Zachary - yes, lovely (my favourite from your list)
Jacob - yes, lovely
Marty - Farty Marty, no
Griffin - absolutely not
Myles - yes, lovely
Ewan - yes, lovely

Paturday · 14/02/2023 22:09

Jackson - I like it
Jesse - really like
Theodore (teddy) - fine, friendly name but overused
Zachary - fine
Jacob - bit too doughy for me
Marty - no
Griffin - NO
Myles - yes!
Ewan - much prefer Evan. Ewan makes me think of someone sickly for some reason.

Mumofgirls2017 · 14/02/2023 22:48

Theodore, Zachary or Griffin. Jesse is ok. Not fan of others personally but some are.

Viviennemary · 14/02/2023 22:51

Jacob is the best one. Zac is quite nice. Griffin is totally dire.

Beeswood · 14/02/2023 22:53

I like Jacob and Ewan the most.

DramaAlpaca · 14/02/2023 23:02

Myles, Jacob and Ewan are nice enough.

I don't like the others.

cutiemcsweetie · 14/02/2023 23:03

Myles or Zach are by far the nicest imo x

Rauha · 14/02/2023 23:05

I like Theodore and Ewan

StampOnTheGround · 14/02/2023 23:06

Only like Jacob or Zachary

Pemba · 15/02/2023 03:52

I like most of them except Jackson (surname, what's wrong with just Jack?), Marty (McFly? Seems dated, just Martin would be better), and Griffin (bit odd, as it's a mythological beast).

I prefer the Miles spelling rather than Myles.

Glad to see you choose Theodore as the full name, as I find Teddy childish and I think it might date, as it's very now. This way you also give him the option of Theo in the future.

Yes, a good bunch of names on the whole. I think my favourite is probably Jacob.

MumofSpud · 15/02/2023 05:42

I have a Ewan (spelt differently but I would go with your spelling)

PurpleReindeer2 · 15/02/2023 06:36

From your list I only like Zachary and Jacob.

2crossedout1 · 15/02/2023 06:42

My favourites are Jacob and Zachary (Zach).

YukoandHiro · 15/02/2023 06:43

Griffin (I knew one once as a teen as he was cool af)
Jacob
Ewan

Theoldwoman · 15/02/2023 06:54

Theo and Ewan I like.

AmberGer · 15/02/2023 06:58

I've loved the name Jesse all my life! Would have named one of my boys but it really does not go well with our surname.

Smallonesaremorejuicy · 15/02/2023 07:01

Zachary is great.

FinnRussell · 15/02/2023 08:34

The good names on that list are Myles, Ewan and Jacob. Zachary at a push.

user1492757084 · 16/02/2023 11:58

I would only use Griffen, Miles or Ewan.
