Baby sister for Mila

Due baby girl number two next month, big sister is Mila Rose, we have a few names but nothing is really sticking yet.
Some we like are:

Suggestions would be much appreciated, thanks!

Do you pronounce Mila as Mee-la or My-la?
If the latter I don't think Isla will work.

From your list I'd choose Elsie May which sounds so pretty, and fits with Mila Rose.

Amy, Esme and Martha would also suit your list I think.

We pronounce it Mee-La, Thankyou for your suggestion Elsie has always been my favourite on the list, DH not as keen though.

Before I looked at your list i immediately thought Elsie. I’d avoid anything with an A ending as it’ll sound a bit matchy

I know a Mila Rose, her sisters are Annie Grace and Mollie Jade.

I love your list. Isabella, Eden and Thea are my favourites, I think.

The only Mila I know is Brazilian. I don't know if it actually is a South American or Portuguese name (Brazilians tend to have quite eclectic naming patterns) but how about:

Mila and Isla look too similar really, and also they are sisters on The Ingham Family which isn't a great association. What about:

A name ending in ‘a’ might be a bit matchy, especially Isla, Isabella or other babes with with the ‘l’ sound too.

Oh also, out of your names I love Eden and Thea and think they go well with Mila. Adeline is lovely with Addy as a nickname too. Dislike Harley though! Good luck on choosing a name, and congrats on your beautiful baby girl. xx

I like Thea. I strongly dislike dreary and twee Elsie. Elsa is a much stronger name with a more international feel, like Mila. Elise is better than Elsie too.
