Boy and girl name suggestions

I am almost 37 weeks pregnant and have never 'loved' a baby name. As my due date looms I'm worried I won't be able to decide for a while! We don't know whether we're having a boy or a girl, so just looking for some other suggestions please?

So far we like Scarlett, Margot or Alba for a girl, or Oscar or Albie for a boy.

My confusion isn't helped by the fact I told my mum we were considering Oscar and I got some pretty nasty comments back... won't be making the mistake of telling anyone else our shortlist!

Oscar is classic and will travel well from babyhood to adulthood. Albie sounds incomplete so would put Albert for the birth certificate. Some more suggestions from my dc class:

@MissMarplesbag firstly she told me she didn't like Oscar and I let it slide... two days later she sends me some cartoon about how Oscar is a dogs name. I text her back firmly saying it's our decision and her comments are unwelcome and she didn't take it well 😂
