You could just not give her a middle name, it's not compulsory.

I actually like

Sydney Barbara,

Sleepyblueocean · 01/02/2023 08:46

I'd go with one of the family names. You could also have 3 names so Sydney Ivy 'name' Willis.

Disneybaby12 · 01/02/2023 09:21

Yes I’d prefer to go with a family name me and my daughter have jayne as our middle name so don’t want the same I’d like something to do with my mums name debra as my mother in law we have the same surname iv never found it so hard before I said to my husband should we just change the first name but we really like it it was his grandads name

Why not just Sydney Debra then or Sydney Deb?

As you have the first name as a family name- I'd just go with what you like if you liked Sydney Raye but inside as your daughter thinks it's too boyish what about Sydney Faye? X
