They are gorgeous names, and I love Cicely too. I also like Charlotte/Lottie and Madeleine.

I like all of them. Cicely is nice but will get Cecily a lot. I'm not keen on Cecily.

I'm afraid I did think Cicely was a typo for Cecily. I know several baby Ceces, so I wouldn't think it was particularly brave to use it if you wanted to though.
I only like Kate if short for Katherine.
I find Polly a bit twee.
I like the others a lot.
