Struggling to name a boy!

We have one daughter already called Violet. It could be outing to share her middle name, but it's a lovely nature based name, one syllable and flows brilliantly with our 3 syllable surname (think Irish surnames)

We're now expecting again and I cannot find a single boys name that I love in the same way. Middle names are quite important to me too - as i have a few family members who've actually changed their name to use the middle name instead!

Any inspiration for boy names? I like older and more classic names, but DH is more keen on "cool" and modern names!

No issues if they're popular personally!

Some names we both like include - Miles, Seth, Zac and Levi

Miles - would be lovely with Violet. The repeated long I sound is great. Miles is a cool name imo. Also Myles.

Seth - dislike this name (it reminds me of snakes for some reason), and together with Violet the combo sounds quite harsh, like you're spitting a hair out of your mouth.

Zac - a bit dated, doesn't have the oomph of Violet.

Levi - too many of the letters of Violet are repeated in Levi imo. It looks as if you and H got stuck in a rut.

Miles goes best with Violet out of your list. Not keen on Seth and I agree with the comments mathanxiety makes about spitting hairs, although I wouldn't have thought of it. How about Rufus or Magnus?
