@Ladyrantalot It would be Leo James or Leo George for me 😊 I think they have the best flow. Although a lot could depends on the type of surname. Is surname long/short? What does it start with?

James sounds the best.

Leo Patrick because it is less used as a middle name than the others, particularly James. I also like Patrick as a full name but am not keen on the nicknames so it is an ideal middle name.

I think Leo Patrick is lovely. I know lots of boys who are Carter James, Thomas James, Aidan James etc. A bit like Amelia Rose, Milly Rose, Ella Rose etc. I don’t worry too much about flow because realistically he’ll never be Leo Patrick, he’ll be Leo Smith.
