Do you like Angelica, nickname Annie? (Wouldn’t get shortened to Angie - we live abroad where it’s always shortened to Annie and Ang- started names aren’t a thing - they don’t work in the language.)

I’d just go for Ann and take it from there. It’s quite saccharine.

Call her Angelica and let the nicknames evolve naturally. Lovely name!
