It is a beautiful name.
I'm on the fence about people who use names from countries to which they have no personal connection, so unless you have Italian heritage, I'd probably be a bit nosey about why you had chosen the name.

I like it and was surprised it wasn't mentioned on the Pearl + Gabriel + ? thread.

A bit odd if it doesn’t have a cultural connection for you. But nothing wrong with it as such.

Angelo is nice, but I personally love even more uncommon Angelus more . Although if it matters, since Angelo still reasonably unusual in this country too, like pp I'd probably assume there was most likely some Italian heritage or maybe even that you were wanting to honour a mum/grandma Angela with the male equivalent.
