I love all the India names! They are very beautiful.

Mischa (to me) is a Russian diminutive of Mikhail, so is masculine.

i have a very soft spot for Anoushka, as that was one of my DFs pet names for me

Many of your so-called English names are actually Welsh.
Namely:

• Eleri
• Lowri
• Nia
• Siân

Wales is not part of England, and Welsh is an old language not a dialect of English.

Helpful.

Kara or Sana would work well in English. I also like Marjan/Marjani, Shobana, and Sini.

If you have a Punjabi surname, I might go for a first name that's easy to spell (whether Punjabi or otherwise). I have to spell out my surname every time and so it's nice having an easy first name that everyone can pronounce and spell.
