Why are boys' names so much harder than girls' names?!

I come from Middle Eastern heritage and my husband is English, so we'd like a name that works in both cultures. We've got a list of girl names as long as our arm, but are drawing a blank on boys' names.

Does anyone have any suggestions? These are some of the names on our girls list:
Lena
Lara
Dana (pronounced dah-na)
Yara
Layla (but this is a bit too common)
May

I'm in the exact same situation! Had so many girls names similar to yours but absolutely 0 boys names😩x

Only ones that I have heard kids be silly about when they first heard was Abrar and Yahiha

Thank you, these are all really helpful! I really like Laith and Saif, but sadly DH is not keen... he's also very non-religious, so doesn't want a biblical name, which is very limiting. He may just have to compromise though!

Another one I love is Zayn or even Zayd, but my DH says it's too one direction 🤣

You could give your son an English name for his first name and a thoroughly Arabic name for his middle name. We had two girls but if we had a boy he was going to be Patrick Said (after our grandfathers).

I like Dana and Lena but also quite partial to May because it's my sister's name. I always felt like she got the nicer name 😃
