Favourite -elle name

I quite like -elle endings with girls names. Though not too keen on Elle or Ella alone. What’re your favourite ones? Do you think -elle names are dated?

I love Danielle. I also love Danni as a shortening.

also- mirabelle is pretty!

Isabelle is lovely but so, so common at the moment if that puts you off.

Isabelle and Danielle are my personal favourites.

I also like Arabelle or Annabel.

Agree that the French -elle endings look naff outside of France.

I really love the names Gabrielle and Danielle. I have friends with both these names and they are always being called Gabriel and Daniel.

I know somebody in London w a
Kid called Elle but she cannot pronounce the LL sound. She says Ewwwwwwl

In a English I think you are usually better with a single I at the end - Isabel rather than Isabelle

I don’t think they are dated especially but there are a lot of them about. Maybe Christabel?
