I love Rue (pronounced the French way) but can't come up with any longer proper names this could work as a nn for.

Help?

So she did. I really should have read all her posts!

But even so, she's polling people on a UK website so she's mainly going to get suggestions for names that will give a 'roo' diminutive.

I am way too much of a Chalet School geek! Xmas Blush

no such thing as 'too much of a Chalet School geek'

(well, maybe if you use artificial means to ensure you too can have triplets and endless sets of twins).

Isn't there a Rue in Hunger Games too? The cute little girl Katniss helps? I like it as a name by itself too.

Yep. That’s what I attribute the huge rise in popularity of “Primrose” to, too. Women who were bug fans of the Hunger Games books as teens are now having children.
