What are some common first name - middle name combinations that you hear all the time?

Now I know that Rose is pretty popular now as a middle name and before that it was Anne or Marie or Lynn or Louise.

But I'm wondering if you can think of some names that pretty much always get paired with the same middle names. For example, I know lots of people called:

Hannah Grace
Lily Rose
Ava Elizabeth
Sarah Jane
Taylor Ann or Taylor Anne (are all American, though)
Laura Marie
Lisa Marie
Chloe Rose or Chloe Grace
Isabella Rose or Isabella Jane
Emma Rose or Emma Marie

John Michael

It's like people who use Hannah are way more likely to pair it with Grace than Rose and people who use Lily are more likely to pair it with Rose than Marie or Grace or Elizabeth and Sarah is more likely to be paired with Jane than Lynn or May (I think someone also asked about Sarah-Jane recently and there's "The Sarah Jane Adventures").

Which combinations are common where you are? Or were in the 70s, 80s. Just curious.

By the way not saying that these combinations are bad, I find many quite pretty. Just common as in popular.

I know 5 Emily Rose!!!!!

Not common, but I heard lots of Felicity Jean or Felicity Jane. Mostly online.
My experience is that people tend to suggest same middles to same names. Kind like every thread on nameberry about Phoebe or Matilda suggests Phoebe Matilda or Matilda Phoebe as either combo or sibling names.
