One syllable names are as meaningful as any others. The ones I suggested are very meaningful - to me. Obvioulsy, I can't know the OP's mind!

Names can be both meaningful and sound nice at the same time - i.e. the perfect name 😎.

In my age group, the go to middle name were Jane or Ann(e). Some of them because it was their DM or DGM name, but not all of them. It seems that I know a lot of Sarah/Laura/Emma Janes and Sally/Julie/Cheryl/Lucy Annes.
