The first thing I saw op was: jokay and inkay - jokey and inky.

That takes Josephine and India out for me.

Josephine is my favourite of your first names. I also quite like Imogen.

I'd go with Josephine Francesca or Imogen Francesca.

Out of your suggestions, I would personally go with Amelie. Amelie Josephine and Amelie Francesca are both lovely.

Imogen is really nice. Amelia/Amelie is very very popular if that bothers you. If it was my choice I’d choose Josephine Lara!

My favourite of your list is Josephine Francesca. As PP said, Jo Kay doesn't really work but Josie Kay is fine.
