Clara or Rosanna?

Really struggling to pick one!

I prefer how Clara sounds but feel Rosanna has better nickname potentials.

Thoughts?!

They’re both really nice. For me I prefer Rosanna but I do look after lots of little Rosies, Rosie is quite popular at the moment.

I prefer Clara if you’re planning on pronouncing it Klah-ra but prefer Rosanna if you’re going for the Clare-uh pronunciation for Clara.

Clara. Nicknames should not be planned; they arise spontaneously. Why not just call her Clara?

Clara is very elegant I think. No nicknames and I think very rare!

Rosanna, she'll have a song people will sing at her which is always fun (my friend Rio will tell you it's not fun) but Rose/Rosie are lovely, if not overused. Sorry, that probably doesn't help. Clara in and of itself is a better name but Rosanna is probably the best of the two.

I prefer Rosanna, it's my favourite of all the Ros- names. Clara is nice too.

OP, you say you like the sound of Clara best. I think you might regret it if you don't use it.

I think Rosanna is much prettier, but if you prefer Clara go with it.

These were my top two contenders if DC4 had been a girl. I couldn't have decided between the two.

I started a thread earlier as we can't decide between Rosa or Rosanna. Clara was one of my favourites too but DH prefers the other two. But I love Clara.
Sorry, no help as I'm in a very similar dilemma but I'm just here to say both would be great picks for your DD!
