Boyfriend thinks my top 3 names are silly, are there any similar?

So I have a top 3 for boys and a top 3 for girls but I can't get my boyfriend on board with any of them!

Boys are Hayes, Archer and Abel.

Girls are Amelie, Nora and Jovie.

He hates them all and refuses to flex. When we named our first child it took forever to come to an agreement on his name, so I just know its going to be a struggle all over again! Any help is appreciated.

Cameron is nice!! Also how about Elliott- ? Also a surname

I do really love Hayes as a first name rather than middle name but I may have to compromise seeing as my partner doesnt really like it!

Print off a list of the top 100 names for each sex (maybe omit the top ten or so if you want to avoid anything too common).

Take a copy each and without conferring go through it and cross off any absolute no go names, circle names you really like and underline ones that you don't love but could live with leave the rest unmarked.

See if you have circled any the same, if so you have a shortlist or even have chosen a name.

If not see if any that either of you circled were underlined by the other, or if you underlined any the same.

If you are still struggling try the same with the top 100 from a different decade or from another country and hopefully it will prompt some discussion.

Your boy's names are all quite distinctive: two surnames and the second son of Adam and Eve who tricked his brother out of his future. I can understand why your DP isn't necessarily on board.
Names that might suit you both:
If he likes John, how about Joseph, Jonah or Jonathon? Both biblical and can be shortened to Jon or Joe.
