All beautiful names. Can't go wrong with that selection. Pick the one that goes best with your surname and with siblings names. If I HAD to choose, I'd probably go with Eva

Sophia is a nice name but be aware with some surnames it can sound like severe.

Sofia - I wouldn't pick this because it is very common and slowly falling out of style and because you'd always have to explain the spelling. It is a fine name, though!

Ava - this is pretty but a bit popular.

Eva - this is nice and not too common.

Ella - this is nice but feels a bit more "my generation" to me (Eleanor, Ellen, Ellie, Ella) so I don't think of a baby.

I would pick Eva. Great choice!

Other similar ones I like: Evelyn, Eleanor, Elinor, Aveline.

Can't get excited about any of them.
Not keen on Sofia spelling unless you have Mediterranean heritage.
Would probably pick Ava Ella, Eve, Sofia in that order.

Ava - maybe just me being in the midlands but to me always sounds really Brummie "Ayyy-va" like a female "Ayyyydrian"!

Sofia these days can also be S’o’fee-a rather than Sew-fee-a so I’d maybe spell it Sophia.

I like Eva, Ella and Ava - no strong preference for any of them but if I had to pick I'd go for Ava.

I don't like Sofia at all, and I wouldn't like to be called that. Too 'frilly' for my tastes - I prefer the simplicity of your other names.
