I like Alexandra, Caroline, Clara, Chloé, Margot, Zoé and Florence nn Flori. I also like Rosalie but I'm not a fan of Rose, which it probably will be shortened too.

I dislike Julia, Louise and Louisa. The others on your list are ok.

I would choose Alexandra or Zoé.

Caroline - top choice, underused
Julia - elegant, getting popular
Anna - a classic - popular though, if you add in all the kids just called Annie - Annalise a nice alternative
Zoe - pretty and sparky - the accent won’t get used in the Uk though

Quite like
Alexandra - nice but you have to be happy with Alex, or enforce Sacha early on
Clara - sweet and popular. Slightly twee
Victoria - retro but nice, if you don’t like Vicky you would have to impose Vita early on

Ok
Louise/Louisa - fine, bit dull, latter seems to be coming back
Chloe - fine. I think it’s a bit wet
Florence - ok, bit little girly and prissy, I wouldn’t want to be called it as an adult

All the below are nice but way overused so would dump -

Charlotte
Eloïse - not so overused, but she’ll be called Ella/Ellie and there are zillions of those
Emilia
Isabella
Isabelle
Margot
Rosa
Rosalie - this isn’t especially overused but she’ll end up Rose/Rosa/Rosie and there are millions of those. It’s also a bit wet - Rosanna is much nicer
