Names for this middle name?

DD due in October, I really want to give her my sisters middle name - Hailey

my sister is my best friend and such an amazing woman she’ll be the best aunt ever!

however I feel the name we like doesn’t go with the middle name Hailey?

the name we picked was Marlowe

I know we ideally shouldn’t change the name we love and we could just use both!

just wanted ideas in case I see one that I think suits better!

Marlowe Hailey is fine?

Middle names are something that seem really important when you’re pregnant and then suddenly the baby is 4 years and you need to ask DH because you can’t remember if you picked Alfred or Albert for his MN 😬

Pick a name that goes with your surname. The middle name won't be used much.

We could suggest Rose Hailey or something, but it might be a really crap suggestion if your surname was Bush

Marlowe Hailey Surname sounds like branch of provincial solicitors.
It also makes me think of Bob Marley and the Wailers

Marlowe Hailey sounds Ok to me. But if you don't like it, pick a different first name.

Why don't you have two middle names, Marlowe xxx Hailey in order to help with the flow and still use the names you want?

Middle names really don’t matter. Regret my daughters. Love her first. That’s all that matters to me as we never use her middle.

Honestly just pick a name you love.
No one will ever use her middle name.
It's just there to make form filling in longer as an adult 😃

What's your sister's actual name? This might be nicer with Marlowe.

Nobody will ever use your child’s middle name except her, filling in forms as an adult, so it really doesn’t matter.
