Boys Names - Elliott or Blake

Hi, Can anyone offer their preference over these names? I know names are very unique to the individual. I'm looking for a name that is a little different to the traditional names out there but not too 'out there' & have settled on either of these, feeling they could both work. Just wondered which is nicer? I also don't want a name that can be shortened and feel these offer that. Thank you x

I have a Blake, he's 7 - love his name, there's only one other in his year at school. Never get any negative comments about it, only positive and, I've never heard of it being a 'naughty boys' name and if it is, he definitely does not live up to it.

I much prefer Elliot but I might be biased as I used to have a absolutely stunning DCat with that name. All round Beautiful DCat and much admired Wink
