Baby name help to follow the pattern!

My friend is struggling with a baby name for a boy she is pregnant with.
She currently has 2 girls whose shortened names begin with a B and their full names don’t. Example Elizabeth but goes by Betsy.
The only name she can think of for a boy that would fit this pattern is William to be known as Billy.
any suggestions welcome!!!

I love Bob (Robert). Needs a revival.

I met a toddler Bobby recently. And I know a couple of teenage Roberts (but both known as Robbie).

Why does it matter? They're not going to spend their whole lives together.

The criteria is
