Yes but I would spell it Serena because that was the usual spelling when I grew up and there were a couple of them in my school. Lovely name.

I like Sarina as a name but I dont think it will be used much.

I like it, but it will get mixed up with Serena (which is NOT a stripper's name! Both Serenas I've known were very posh County types!)

I thought of Serena as a Sloane -type name too.

I knew a Serena in the Netherlands, she pronounced it suh-RAY-na, which I really liked. I expect Sarina is pronounced a bit differently.

I know two Sarinas and one Serena. I did think that both Sarinas were called Serena until corrected. They said it was a form of Sarah. Both are english but I think one might have been named in honour of an italian (?) great-grandmother
