My sister's husband is Swedish and wants to call their son Melvin.

What do you think of it? I've never met anyone called Melvin and at first thought it was a made up name but apparantely not.

The only Melvin I knew was someone I went to school with 45 years ago and since then a dog! I don't dislike it.

I was thinking I knew a character called Melvin but its actually Marvin from "Charlie and Lola". He has a dog named Sizzles.
