Any girl names that are Arabic and English but not the standard Sara/Yasmin/Lina etc Does Arabic have “hippy” names that are less common? I met a Jordanian girl called Kilda which I liked as I haven’t heard it before. Any other ideas?

Most of the Arabic girls I know are called Laila, Leen, Eleen, Alia/Aliaa, Maria, Sofia, Sara(h), Mariam/Maryam, Maya, Naya, Nour, Judy, Talia.

Less common ones are Bana, Nora, Layan(a), Narixa, Lilia, Lujine, Alyazia, Ghala.

Amber, Eleanor, Hannah, Gabriella, Kaia, Magda, Naailah, Orah, Qamara, Qamari, Taalea/ Taalia, Yana, Yara, Yelda, Zalanda, Zoha.

These are some western sounding names I’ve found upon a quick internet search. Some of which I didn’t know where arabic names but please do double check incase I’m mistaken.

I'm not sure what you mean by 'hippy' names tbh. Are you looking for a name that can be written in both English and Arabic? Or that has connections to a particular culture or element of a culture?
