Which girls name?

Baby's birth is imminent and we still haven't whittled down from last four names on list. Not looking for new ideas, just seeing which of these your prefer...middle name will be Eliza.

Tamsin
Pippa
Kara
Sabrina

Which do you prefer?

Yep, as others have said, none of them go well with the middle name Eliza apart from Tamsin as it's the only one that doesn't end in "a". Kara is probably my favourite name on the list, but Kara Eliza just doesn't flow well - Pippa Eliza and Sabrina Eliza even less so.

Tamsin is dated and makes me think of Tampons and Kara is too downmarket (Cara is ok)

Elizabeth works better as a middle name with any of these, other than Tamsin (the tampon)
