(I know Mae and Rose are popular middle names - not too fussed about that If they sound the best)

I like Heidi Wren or Heidi Rose. The hard "r" sound works well after Heidi.

Heidi Ada is too much of a mouthful, although Heidi Ava sounds nice.

But I agree Heidi Rose or Heidi Wren are the nicest.

I prefer Heidi Rose from the options you've given.

Heidi Ada - too many vowels and Ds
Heidi Belle - not keen
Heidi Rose - ok but every other girl seem to have Rose as a middle name
Heidi Wren - not keen. Don't like Wren
Heidi Eliza - too vowely. Heidi Elizabeth is better

I'd go for a middle name with more than one syllable to avoid the Hi-de-hi vibe

Heidi Rose or Wren sound the best to me. I do like the R sound after Heidi, and I'd go for one syllable to avoid an excess of vowel sounds. Other alternatives:

My I,mediate thoughts was Heidi Belle before I even opened the thread and saw your choices.

So I'd go with that. It has a lovely ring to it.
