I recently had a thread on the name Maggie as a potential name for our second daughter, due in June. There were mixed reactions, including some who didn't like it with our first daughter's name, Alice.

What do people think of Cora?

I really like it, I’ve never come across one in real life though. In Canada (and possibly US) Cora’s is a chain of breakfast diners.

Love it (totally biased). @Marty13 mine was inspired by Korra and is already showing signs of kicking ass Grin

I love the name Cora.
Cora and Alice are the sisters in 'The Last of the Mohicans'.
I like Maggie too, though I'd be inclined to have a more formal version on her birth cert, but that's just a personal preference.

Love Cora… makes me think of the 1930’s but that may be due to Downton Abbey. ( not wild about Maggie)
