Final boys list

Posted a lot lately but it’s really helping to narrow down a lot of different ideas. After 2 girls it’s quite hard naming a boy.

So final boys list:

Zachary (would be known as Zac)
Ellis
Jonas
Hugo
Jared
Asher (Ash)

I’ve had some really ‘out there’ ideas but in reality these are the ones both me and DH agree on. Looking for an idea of popularity and just general thoughts. TIA

Zachary - love it, in its entirety
Ellis - effeminate. Prefer Elias
Jonas - no
Hugo - definitely no
Jared - don't like this either
Asher - ok, in its entirety

Hugo and Jared I dislike.
Zachary I'm not keen on.
Ellis is not at all my cup of tea, Elias is great.
Jonas is meh, I'd prefer Josiah or Jonah
Asher is just the cake lady to me.

I think they’re all great with the exception of Jared which I cannot stand, and Hugo which sounds way to old & posh for me to imagine on a baby!

I’d pick Asher.

Zachary/Zac is very popular here.
Not keen on Ellis.
Prefer Jonah to Jonas.
Jared is ok but sounds like JarHead in my accent Grin

Zachary (would be known as Zac) - I like Zachary alot, though I prefer it without a NN but I do like Zach

Ellis - it's ok, not my style really.

Jonas - it's ok, I prefer Jonah

Hugo - not a fan

Jared - I quite like it. It used to know a Jared and he was lovely (he'd be 35ish now)

Asher (Ash) - love Asher but not keen on Ash. Does it need shortening?

Jared is ok (but I think it works better if you live in the blue ridge mountains)
Ellis - nah, meh, Elias Is great though
Asher - no sounds like someone in a boy band.

Asher is my favorite. Its a lovely name. Zachary is nice but we've several around here. I'm not thrilled by the others tbh.

Ellis Wye is a bit short Ellis Montgomery Jones certainly has a ring!
