Nell, Nessa or Nora

Well my daughter is here and struggling to agree on a name.

We both like Nell (not shortened from anything), Nessa…and I like Nora but DH doesn’t.

Other possibilities i might throw in the mix are Flora, Fern and Rosa.

Just interested in thoughts as feeling a bit desperate now.

On a similar vein I love Nancy too- might be worth thinking about?

I don't generally like nickname names but Nell works for me as a stand alone name - partly because it doesn't end in -ie.

Really can't bear Eleanor - very frumpy name. I think if you called her Helena she'd just get called Helena.
