Girls names, uncommon

We are a couple of weeks away from the birth of our first baby. Ideally we wanted a name that isn’t made up, people will recognise and be able to spell, but they will be the only one in their class. I’ve been looking at the ONS data, and would love a name that has less than 100 babies born last year with the name.

We have a perfect boys name, but are really struggling for girls names. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Buy a baby name book?

Unity for sure, younger people are not going to be aware of the Unity Mitford connection. Its a name in its own right not common which is part of the reason that people may make that connection.

You can't guarantee success with this - DD1's name is very uncommon and there were well fewer than 100 born in her year of birth but there was another one in her school class!! Never come across another child with her name before or since, only 2 of them in the whole school - but in the same class .
