Alberto or Enzo?

Which name do you prefer? Any other name suggestions for an Italian boy would be appreciated.

Can’t use Luca or Marco. My close friend has a son called Luca & Marco is my partners brothers name.

Alberto is a good name in full and also offers lots of great nn options, so really versatile.

Much prefer Enzo. Gianfranco and Matteo are nice too.

Alberto - I particularly like the Al-Bear-Toe pronunciation, but even with Al-Burr-Toe I prefer it to Enzo.

I know several Enzo's, can be short for Vincenzo or Lorenzo (personally prefer Lorenzo) One of the Vincenzo's is shortened to Vinnie.
